Directly employed officers and ratings, planned reliefs and wages paid on time — every time.
We recruit, train, employ and pay our seafarers directly through crewing offices and partners in China, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar. Contracts follow MLC 2006 and the applicable CBA, wages are paid on a fixed monthly cycle through a Singapore-administered payroll, and allotments reach families on schedule.
Relief planning is confirmed three months ahead and tracked against certificate expiry, rest-hour compliance and promotion readiness. Officer retention is 94.6% — the single best predictor of a well-run ship.
