Dry-docking starts twelve months out with a specification built from the defect register, class survey status and the owner's intentions for the asset. We tender to pre-qualified yards, negotiate the repair list line by line and place a project superintendent on site for the full docking.
Daily cost and progress reporting during the docking means there are no surprises at final account stage, and every growth item is approved by the owner before work starts.
