HSEQ & Vetting Assurance
An ISM system written to be used at sea, and inspection readiness that holds up in any port.
The safety management system is certified to the ISM Code and integrated with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. It is deliberately short: procedures that a duty officer can actually follow at 03:00, checklists owned by the person who signs them, and findings tracked to closure with a name and a date against each one.
Vetting readiness is managed continuously, not before arrival. Self-inspections, SIRE 2.0 and RightShip preparation, pre-PSC verification and lessons-learned circulars keep the fleet at a standard where an unannounced inspection is routine.
